Medicare Rebates

A medicare rebate of $141.85 is currently available for appointments, face-to-face or via telehealth. To obtain the rebate, you will need to have a mental health care plan and referral from your GP.

Medicare rebates via a mental health care plan apply for up to 10 psychology sessions per calendar year.

Rebates may also be available through your private health insurer, or other third party body (e.g. DVA, WorkSafe)
